- Write about your ideal day, start to finish. Describe every detail about this day - what you eat, how you wake up, what your space looks like, etc.
GRATITUDE
- Gratitude can also aid in manifesting more of what you desire.
- Use this practice when you're able to but don't force it if you are navigating difficult moments like depressive episodes.
