<aside> ❣️ For those who want to add emphasis to their intentions for the course, I highly recommend setting up a little altar space that you can see and help to remind you about your intentions for the course. I've laid out basic steps below.

Physical Altar

Supplies

1️⃣ To begin, you will want to cleanse your space using whatever method works best for you. As you do this, try to focus on creating physical and mental space for this course and clearing away blocks or heavy energy that stand in your way.

2️⃣ From there, begin to layout your cloth/paper and add any items that feel right. You can verbalize your intentions as you do this. "I am adding rose quartz to remind myself to be kind to myself as I move through this."

3️⃣ Finish by stating your intention for the course aloud at your altar.

Virtual/Collage Altar

<aside> ❣️ For those who do not have the physical space to create an altar, or who share space with others and cannot openly practice, this is a different way to set up an altar. You can do this virtually or on paper. If doing it virtually, you can use Canva or Pinterest to help you create a collage image that will serve as a digital altar. If physically, you can create a vision board as an altar.

Supplies

1️⃣ To begin, you will want to cleanse yourself in a similar way to creating a physical altar. You can do this by visualizing a golden light around you or using salt and water that you've prayed over.

2️⃣ From there, begin to create your vision board or collage. Add images that call to you and that help you connect to your intention.

3️⃣ Finish by stating your intention for the course aloud at your altar.
