SUPPLIES

• A small sugar bowl or container. Something that can easily be opened and closed.
• A pink or red candle
• Love or Venus themed oil
• Sugar
• Rose petals or rosebuds/rosehips
• Any of the following herbs (St. John's Wort - for love, Lemon Verbana for love, Lady's Mantle - for intimacy, Lavendar - to ease arguments, Chamomile - for protection, Rosemary for prosperty and joy)
• Rose quartz chips or stones (optional)
• Clear quartz chips or stones (optional)
• Cinnamon sticks
• Silver coins (for prosperity - optional)

1️⃣  Begin the process of setting the scene. Cleanse yourself first, ground, call in your spirit team and gather your supplies.

2️⃣  Begin loading your sugar bowl. Blow on each item to wake it up and ask it to bless your working. Speak your intentions into each ingredient, adding them one at a time.

3️⃣ Once your bowl is prepared, dress the candle and sprinkle some similar herbs on the candle.

4️⃣ Light it on or near the sugar bowl and let it infuse the bowl.
